Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience.
Preferred Credentials: - CORST preferred.
Unit Details: - Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the surgeon and circulating registered nurse. - Sets up surgical cases across multiple specialty disciplines, providing equipment and supplies based on patient needs and surgeon preference. - Creates and maintains a sterile field, performs instrument, sponge, and sharp counts, and assists OR staff per patient safety and direct patient care policies. - Serves as a resource for newly hired surgical technicians and students from visiting surgical technology schools. - Patient population ranges from outpatient to critical care inpatient. - Uses various DaVinci robotic equipment.
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday. - On-call on any scheduled day, averaging around 5 or fewer shifts per 8 weeks. - May be required to work different schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency based on patient requirements.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
Driver's license required
Certifications:
